Managing our business and maximizing our team's time is crucial. We love reserving spots for you in advance, but frequent last-minute cancellations affect us all.

We operate on trust. Sickness, work commitments, and family obligations happen, and we’ll accommodate you during a crisis.

However, if you cancel because you want to sleep in, have a hangover, or picked up a last-minute shift, please remember that we reserved that time for you.

As a Morgan & Morgan The Hair Collective guest, you'll receive a confirmation text 4 days before your appointment. We ask that any changes (except for last-minute illness) be made upon receiving this message.

Our confirmation messages give us time to fill vacancies and ensure our team's talents are used efficiently. Please let us know if you no longer wish to hold your appointment time as soon as you receive the confirmation.
