It is always great to get good feedback and in the fast paced world that we live in – we don’t always take the time to let people know when they are doing a great job………so that is just what I am doing now.  I have just been in your salon and I could not fault a single thing about my visit.  For one, I just walked in off the street and, at what must be an incredibly busy time for the salon, I was greeted with a warm and friendly response, to what I thought would be absolutely unachievable – a consultation and cut on the spot!! From there, it just got better.  Hannah met all my expectations of that a great stylist should do…she listened to what my issues with my current style were, she offered great advice, she gave the most fabulous head massage (to ease some of that busy Xmas tension) and has given me the most superb cut.  I have got straight on the phone to spread the word – I finally found a great salon / stylist. The little touch of walking me to my car – it all goes a long way. So anyway – I just really wanted to let you know you are doing a fabulous job and I am so grateful to have found you.  No one should have to endure ‘bad hair days’ – ha ha - I can’t wait til my next visit.

I’ve been a few times before and each time the service has been great. Everyone is very friendly there and helpful. Each time I have gone in there unsure and looking for something new and different the stylists and this time colourist were very knowledgeable and really good in making me feel at ease. Extremely happy with the service I received today.

 

Aw thank you to you all!  I am very happy with your service and today I did walk out the door with a big smile on my face - many thanks to Frankie and the lovely lady on the reception desk with the plait and flowers in her hair – amazing customer service from her also!    I am sooo relieved to have found a hairdresser I like who cuts perfectly  and is helping me learn about styling my hair.

I just wanted to give some feedback about the service from your team this
evening because I am so happy with what I received.

I had Holly for my colour and then Frankie for my wash and blow wave and the
level of service was at a consistently high level the entire time. I’ve been
noticing a lot lately that a lot of people in the service industry have been
really horrible to deal with and I have been really disappointed with the
standards of some of these places that claim to be high end providers, but
tonight both Holly and Frankie were so friendly and I left your salon with a
massive smile, feeling pampered and really well looked after by them.
I am stoked with my hair colour and can’t wait to come back in two weeks for
my cut with Frankie.

Just wanted to let you know (though you probably already do) that you have
an awesome team there! :)
